What you will get

When you opt in, Medical Desk AI Institute sends text messages about your training: class reminders, schedule changes, practice-call links, enrollment steps, certification notices and answers to your questions. After you ask about training on our website, we send one text inviting you to call Rosie, our automated assistant, to see if your training could be paid for. We do not send texts for other companies.

How often

Message frequency varies with your class schedule. Message and data rates may apply.

How to opt in

Check the text-message box on our text updates form, then reply YES to our confirmation text. Or ask about training on a medicaldesk.ai form that says you agree to texts. Signing up for texts is not required to enroll.

How to stop

Reply STOP at any time to stop all texts. We will send one message confirming you are unsubscribed. Reply START to rejoin.

Keep private information out of texts

Text messages are not encrypted. Never send health information, Social Security numbers or payment details by text.

Carriers

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
